These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the design and manufacturing of custom bathroom vanities, supply and installation of shower screens, production of bespoke bathtubs and basins, retail of high-end bathroom fixtures, and CAD design services for bathroom layouts. By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

3. Custom Orders and Manufacturing

For custom design and manufacturing services, detailed specifications will be agreed upon in writing between Aussie Bath Haus and the client. Any changes to specifications after confirmation may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines. All custom orders require a deposit as specified in the individual project quotation. Production will commence only after the deposit has been received and design specifications are formally approved.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Aussie Bath Haus are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new orders. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise. Additional charges may apply for delivery, installation, and specific customisation requests.

5. Payments and Invoicing

Payment terms for services and products will be outlined in the individual agreements or invoices. Typically, a deposit is required for custom orders, with the balance due upon completion or prior to delivery/installation. Payments can be made via accepted methods as specified by Aussie Bath Haus. Late payments may incur interest and collection fees.

Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and depend on product availability, manufacturing schedules, and specific project requirements. Aussie Bath Haus will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon schedules. Delays beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, force majeure) will be communicated promptly. Clients are responsible for ensuring site readiness for installation and delivery.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Products manufactured and supplied by Aussie Bath Haus come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as per Australian Consumer Law. Specific warranty periods will be provided for individual products. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Installation services are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion against defects in workmanship.

All designs, CAD drawings, images, text, and other content provided by Aussie Bath Haus on our online platform or during the service provision remain the intellectual property of Aussie Bath Haus. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aussie Bath Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of our services or products.
